Ceremony & Reception Packages
We're happy to offer 3 different package options for ceremony and reception: Essentials, Premium, and All-Inclusive. These packages range in price from $1797 to $4900, depending on your specific requirements for the day.
While you'll have everything you need for your special day regardless of what package you choose, our Premium and All-Inclusive packages provide you with a little more freedom and a few extra-special touches to really make your wedding one for the books.
And hey, if our packages don't fit your exact needs, a-la-carte options can be added to whatever package you choose.
The Essential Package
Our Essential package comes with everything you need to ensure your wedding is one to remember!
Online Planning Documents and Pre-Wedding Meeting to Finalize Wedding Day Timeline
You'll have immediate access to our online planning documents so that you can chip away at them whenever you'd like. Then, we'll schedule a phone call a few weeks before your wedding to go over the documents together, confirm additional details, and finalize your timeline.
Professional Audio System and Wireless Microphones for Ceremony and Speeches
Regardless of where they're sitting, we'll make sure every one of your guests can hear all the important moments.
Custom Song Choices for All the Special Moments During Ceremony and Reception
We think music is the perfect way to showcase your love for each other! For the ceremony, you'll be able to choose songs for: the Attendant's Entrance, the Processional (Entrance), Signing the Registry, and the Recessional Celebration. During the reception, you can choose all the songs for: the Grand Entrance (including the wedding party), your first dance, any parent dances, the cutting of the cake, the bouquet toss, and the garter toss. You'll also be able to choose the last slow dance song of the night, and the last song of the night. We know that's a big list, so we're happy to offer some suggestions if you get stuck!
Music During Ceremony, Cocktail, and Dinner
After over a decade of DJing weddings, we know a thing or two about making playlists that pass a vibe check. You'll have the option to choose from any of our specially curated collections, all hand-picked by our music director, Matt.
9 Hours of Professional DJ Services Including MC Services, If Required
Not only do they excel at what they do, our DJs love what they do, and it shows!! You'll often see us singing, dancing, or playing the air guitar behind our booths. Of course, if you need more (or less!) time than that, we can accommodate that, too.
Slow Dance and Party Lighting for the Dance Floor
If you really want to create a true party atmosphere, you need the right lighting. While our slow dance lights set the mood, our party lights help keep the dance floor bumpin'. For the health and safety of your guests (and to keep your photographer happy!), we do not use any strobe or laser effects on the dance floor.
1 Hour of Music Customization for the Dance Floor, Plus a "Do Not Play" List
The key to a great party is knowing what your guests want to hear, and our DJs are experts in keeping folks on the dance floor. But, we also want to make sure we're not playing songs you *don't* want to hear! In our planning documents, you'll find space to list up to an hour of music that we'll guarantee you'll hear on the dance floor, plus space to list all the songs you absolutely do not want to hear.
Choice to Allow Night Of Music Requests for Guests
It's your wedding and you should get to hear the music you want to hear. If you don't want guests to make song requests, we totally get it. But, if you're open to it, so are we, and we'll use our best judgement as to what songs make the cut. In other words, unless you say otherwise, we probably won't play The Chicken Dance for Uncle Louis.

Customized Music for Before the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Dinner
Create and submit your own playlist, or have us create a custom playlist using your favourite artists, songs & covers of their songs to fit the mood of the evening! This is a great way to add some additional, meaningful details that showcase your love on your special day.

Our premium sound equipment is an even higher end, sleeker system that looks beautiful and provides crystal clear sound.

The All Inclusive Package
In addition to every service outlined in our Essential & Premium Packages, our All Inclusive Package also provides you with all of our Add-On services at a discount! This includes:
Live Sound Engineering for Up to 3 Musicians
Having your musicians hooked into our system will provide a higher sound quality with better coverage, and will help minimize extra equipment needs, which can be visually distracting in photos. When paired with our Ceremony Rehearsal Service, we'll go through extensive sound checks on the day of your rehearsal to make sure everything sounds perfect. If your musicians will not be present during the ceremony, we'll schedule extra time on your wedding day for a sound check prior to guest arrival.
3 Custom Song Edits
Make custom song edits for your ceremony entrance, shorten your first dance or parent dance songs, embed a recorded message into the mix, or even create your own custom karaoke track! Whatever edits you'd like to make, we've got it covered.
Ceremony Rehearsal Service
Have us there during your rehearsal so you can practice all the important parts of your ceremony with your selected music. Plus, we'll run through your grand entrance so you and your wedding party have a chance to practice your moves! Having us present for your rehearsal is especially important if we're providing the sound engineering for any live musicians during your ceremony.
Uplighting Services
This is a great way to add even more romance and elegance to your reception space, and adds depth to your photos and videos. Uplighting is especially effective when used to highlight architectural features of your venue or special details from your décor. To really make your reception unique to you, we'll even match your wedding colours!
2 Hours of Photobooth Services*
A perfect way to entertain your guests while they take a break from tearing up the dance floor! We'll provide an on-site attendant to assist your guests in the photo & printing process, along with taking care of the set up and tear down process. Included with the photobooth set up is: a large selection of props for endless combinations of fun, digital copies of all photos, and unlimited 4x6 prints for the duration of the service. Additional hours are available at a rate of $100/hour.
Cold Sparklers for Up to 3 Special Moments**
Cold sparklers are a great way to add a beautiful and unique touch to poignant moments during your reception. Safe to be used indoors, cold sparklers do not emit any heat or smoke while still providing the "awe factor" of traditional pyrotechnics. You'll definitely want to your photographer to stick around for this!
